A11 House
From the slope to the posterior neighbor, the view which opens forward on the upper floor is a yonder view. From the rooms aligned to the front facade, the house provides an important visual panorama of Alphaville region.
The lot relativity small for the built area, gets bigger visual amplitude through the sequence of open or glazed spaces, in a way that it makes exist a huge special integration between the different places.
On the main floor, the left block houses all the service areas and it is distinguished through the color and volumetric form of the remaining project. Five metallic pillars aligned to the right side facade complete the support to the upper floor, which protects the living area.
On the upper floor, a big back facade terrace does the transition between intern/extern. A succession of covered or uncovered spaces with simple, double headroom, attributes diversity and different uses for the patio locate on the house A11 back side.
